Right of Withdrawal & Cancellation Policy

Consumers residing in the EU are entitled to a right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the following conditions:

You have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within fourteen days without giving any reason. 

To initiate a withdrawal or cancellation, please contact us at studio @ banana-na-na.studio and provide the following information:

  • First and last name
  • Address
  • Date of order
  • Date of booking
  • Order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email)
  • Email address used for the order
  • Your phone number for any follow-up questions

Cancellation conditions for bookings with a specific date:

For written cancellations up to 7 calendar days before the booking, the customer will receive 100% of the total booking amount in the form of a voucher for future use.

For written cancellations up to 72 hours before the booking, the customer will receive 50% of the total booking amount in the form of a voucher for future use.

For written cancellations less than 72 hours before the booking or in case of no-show, no refund will be granted.

Refunds will be issued after review within 14 days in the form of a voucher for future use. The voucher will be sent electronically to the email address originally used for the booking.

If you have booked our services as a business, as a consumer residing outside the EU, or as a consumer on-site at our premises, you do not have a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation.
