Shipping policy

 

BANANA-NA-NA does not sell or ship physical goods. All booked services are provided on-site at the studio. If adhesives, paints, or modeling paste are used in the creation of sculptures and artworks, they require a drying time of at least 3 days. After this period, the works can be collected at the studio during opening hours. Full curing of the materials is ensured after approximately 14 days. 

As the artworks are delicate and their surfaces are sensitive, we do not offer shipping by post, as we have no control over how packages are handled during delivery.

If, in exceptional cases, you still wish to have your artwork shipped by post, we disclaim all responsibility, liability, and reimbursement of costs in the event of damage. Packaging and shipping costs will be calculated individually and must be paid in advance at the studio or via a payment link.
